ONSITE JOBS NOTE: If you’d like us to attend an on-site job, please ensure you specify this below, an address will also be required for us to attend. Please also specify your preferred call out date, so we can check our schedule before contacting you.
PRE-BOOKING NOTE: You can use this form to pre-book your job so that when you bring it into Burratronics, you’re able to electronically sign your device in and drop it off, without having to wait for staff to record all of your details.
Once you have completed the above service request, a member of the Burratronics Team will be in contact either via email or phone. Please not that if you have requested an on-site repair, the date you specify is a guide only – our team will contact you with a confirmed date and time. Burratronics offers in-store and on-site repairs and service. We repair computers, tablets, mobile phones, label printers, label applicators and more. If you’re unable to bring your device in for repair, we offer a mail-in repair service (please contact us either using the service request form above, – or using our contact page – before mailing repairs in. We will provide you with our mailing address and Job ID to be included before sending), and remote support via the internet (if you’re currently experiencing internet problems, remote support will not be suitable).
