Having computer issues but can’t bring your computer in? Or do you just need some quick assistance? No problem!

REMOTE/INTERNET SUPPORT: Burratronics offers remote support over the internet using TeamViewer.

How does it work?

  1. Book an appointment using the form at the bottom of this page
  2. Receive a confirmation email or call from Burratronics confirming your session date and time
  3. Click the link in the email from Burratronics to download the remote support software (if it isn’t installed on your PC already)
  4. Follow the instructions provided by the Burratronics Technician during your support session and sit back while we fix your computer!

QUICKSUPPORT (REMOTE SUPPORT):

Quick Support is a version of TeamViewer that does not require installation, so it can be deleted once you’ve finished your support session. This is recommended for once off or support sessions that are not very frequent.
